Having something custom made can seem like a daunting task.

However no need to worry...

We are here to show you how simple and easy it can be, following the below 5 step process. Check it out!

Step 1 - Your idea

We start with the idea you have, it may be a radar arch, handrail or cradle for example.

At this point we discuss what exactly it is you envision. We will ask a few questions to get a better idea, we can arrange a phonecall or even video call if you would like to show us your boat etc.

Step 2 - Measurements

Once we have your idea clearly understood it's time for measurements.

You do not have to be an engineer or expert in technical drawings. So rest easy!

We can provide a number of templates that help with colecting measurments to make it easier.

We can also build items with a dgree of flexibility, for example self adjusting feet to suit the angle of your mounting points etc.

Sketches, pictures and other details all add up and don't worry we won't build anything until we are happy with the measurments you've provided.

Step 3 - Quotation

Now we understand your idea, and we have an idea of measuments and materials etc we can now offer you a no obligation quote.

Each quote will be in a range format e.g "£310-360."

Each quote will inlude an exact cost for Postage and Shipping.

Items over the total value of £300 will require a deposit to cover materials.

Step 4 - Ordering

Once you are ready to order we will collect your contact details and address to generate you personalised deposit invoice for the item we are building. (Deposits are required on items with a total value of £300+)

You will be given a lead time and will recieve an update midway to show the progress of your build.

Step 5 - Payment and Aftercare

Only after your item is built and you have recieved some pictures of it will we send you your full invoice (deposit already paid).

Once the invoice is settled your item will be packaged and shipped.

We are on hand to help with any installation questions so please give us a call and we look forward to seeing pictures of your upgrades fitted and in action!
